EthelPuke ::: Favorites mmm. For a while I stopped answering the question all together. . . except for old people, then I reply with the response "Fine." They're old, I feel bad. It's a bit silly, because I'm thinking, "no one wants to really know." there isn't much effort there, so I don't feel like putting my snatch-ass response out there. I just end up saying stupid things such as "like a peach". or "like an umbrella". tomcat16789 ::: Favorites I think when people say "whats up?" now its more of a greeting to show that you are acknowledging that they are there. Not that it should be this way, but it is. Tobuoi ::: Favorites I think that the answer really depends on just how outgoing or talkative the person is. For example, if someone asks me what's up, I'll give an honest answer and tell them what I'm up to right now, and if I'm really in a good mood, I'll try to think of something funny to say. So I don't know if it's necessarily true that everyone gives the same answer...a lot of people do, though.
