Description: On September 26th, U.S. Representative Lynn Woolsey (D-CA) hosted a Congressional Forum examining the financial, military, and opportunity costs of the war in Iraq. Woolsey was joined by a number of colleagues in the House and heard from a diverse group of experts, including Gen. William Odom, who served as the head of the NSA under President Reagan and is currently a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute.
