gabrielg01 ::: Favorites That guy says that sectarian violence is caused by the occupation? Bullshit. The Sunni-Shia hatred has nothing to do with the American presence. It is all the Sunni's and the Shia's responsibility for what they are doing to each other. 07-07-09 15:26:32 _____________________________________________________
ne0aes0pDltdNOTDftd ::: Favorites If America had not occupied Iraq, there would be no sectarian killing like there is now in Iraq! 07-07-11 00:34:45 _____________________________________________________
SkunkWerks7 ::: Favorites It's been going on for some time, but to be sure, the occupation's not helping any. Anthropology tells us that violence between sub-groups of a given population generally increase when it is perceived there's a competition for resources- usually brought on by a lack of resources, take a wild guess what wars put a strain on. In all honesty though, and on the whole, I'm not sure there's any help for these sorts of religious conflicts- which defy any notions of reason or sense. 07-07-09 17:54:16 _____________________________________________________
VicDeHaven ::: Favorites Please, where is the "Part one" of this video, "Violence between Sunni and Shia" ???? 07-07-09 22:05:10 _____________________________________________________
Throweasy03 ::: Favorites Sami Ramadani blames the occupation. The American presence is the cause of the mass killings huh? Don't blame Al Queda and the Shiite vs. Sunni animosity, blame the Americans. Well, I expected this kind of bullshit from AL Jazeera. You put on Arab TV you get Arabic propaganda. The USA is spending billions a day and much blood of our young people to give Iraq a better life but hate filled Arabs just want death and killing. That's the truth. 07-07-09 22:17:05 _____________________________________________________
u2bwise ::: Favorites Don't you think that if the money, time and human resources that are directed towards making war in by the US and alides can be better utilised in advancing peace in Iraq and other parts of the world! War is not alternative to peace. 07-07-10 12:09:11 _____________________________________________________
Throweasy03 ::: Favorites The US is not making the war. The US is trying to stabilize the country but the hate filled Arabs keep killing other Arabs and US men. The money would be better spent on building projects like schools and electricity and oil fields but first Al Queda murderers must stop blowing up innocents and Sunni and Shiites must learn to live together. Are you suggesting that the USA is going around and just killing people and bombing them? Don't be ridiculous. 07-07-10 12:51:23 _____________________________________________________
u2bwise ::: Favorites I am sick of wars!! why don't the world bodies spend more time and money in making the world more peaceful? 07-07-09 22:17:11 _____________________________________________________
maniax342002 ::: Favorites cause that not profitable 07-07-10 03:38:29 _____________________________________________________
Fly4ablackguy1 ::: Favorites The reason they are fighting is because there is a power vacuum. When Saddam was removed and we didnt instill the proper security we produced a free for all situation where any ambitious person with weapons and a following could make a move to attempt to take over the country......hence civil war 07-07-10 12:03:36 _____________________________________________________ |
