DeathByMonkeys18 ::: Favorites Well, I quit smoking day before yesterday, so it's been about 2 days without cigs. I feel absolutely fine since I've been using patches. It's not easy because I've been smoking since I was 15, and now I'm 19. I thought smoking helped calm me down but it ends up adding more to the anxiety.
