It IS an anime called "Angelic Layer" - I'm not sure what's up with the music but it sounded pretty in sync to me. It may not have condensed right as it was originally a 400MB file going down to like 4MB. For those that are picky - again this is my FIRST AMV I've ever made and believe me...I've seen MUCH worse that were not first-timers.
