joekidd33 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 16:01:59 He's done for NH. He won't win there. But we'll see in South Carolina. I would have loved to h ave seen Kuckinich AND mike gravel in the debate. __________________________________________________
nadeau1064 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 14:35:14 Yes! Edwards had an excellent debate; he was running circles around everyone else! __________________________________________________
weirdoveirdo ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 12:37:39 They should have let Kucinich in. He DID qualify, they're just all scared of him, and rightly so. Edwards is my #2 choice, after Kucinich, who is far better. At least Huck is done for this race, right? __________________________________________________
superspider2 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 10:55:54 Before this debate my support to Edwards was 100% After this debate my support is 110% John Edwards for President __________________________________________________
NutFreeZone ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 10:26:28 Stephanopoulus is right! Edwards clearly won this debate. If the next round of primary voters watched this, Edwards will come in first place during the upcoming primaries. Edwards will be able to take, and beat, any of the Republican candidates. This man is a winner. __________________________________________________
jdolce101 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 09:55:28 John Edwards was the only one speaking from his heart last night, and I think all of America could see it. __________________________________________________
jdolce101 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 09:54:42 I agree. Totally kicked the others butts. __________________________________________________
sharonafox1 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 02:42:52 You are absolutely right...A recent CNN Survey shows that the economy is the top concern of voters (%29). Edwards needs to get far more creative in how he tells people what is wrong with the economy and how he is going to fix it. Bank deregulations as far back as 1998 have allowed Banks to jack up their credit card interest rates from 6.99 to 22.00 even if a person pays their bill on time. This type of legalized stealing from the banks is helping to bankrupt American families. __________________________________________________
sharonafox1 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 02:40:16 Edwards needs to be specific about how the laws and policies that have been forced through the pipeline by greedy corporations are really acts of treason that are robbing our families of their hard earned dollars. And he needs to provide specific examples of how he is going to transform the lending institutions from predators and traitors into respectable institutions that help provide a service to families, the economy and the American way. __________________________________________________
james0504 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 02:20:26 Edwards rocked the house tonight! __________________________________________________
Nominay ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 02:05:28 Too short an excerpt. Makes it look like it was out of context though it wasn't. __________________________________________________
dustynbones ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 02:04:38 John Edwards was on the ball tonight, but he needs to be more original with his examples on poverty. People don't want to continually hear choreographed examples of poverty. Stop saying ["I" "I" "I" did] all of the time! What people want to hear is what is wrong and what you're plan is to improve the the situation. Stop sounding like a broken record. __________________________________________________
7krieg7 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 01:21:23 Edwards was brilliant tonight. Brought tears to many eyes. __________________________________________________
GoHoosiers11 ::: Favorites 2008-01-06 01:14:43 John, I am a 19-year-old Indiana voter torn between you and Senator Obama. I think you are both exceptional candidates for the presidency and I just want you to know that I was glued to the television tonight and your words moved me. You clearly won this debate and I believe you struck excitement into the hearts of voters, especially those in the middle class. __________________________________________________ |
