Mozart Turkish March Rondo Alla Turca Matthew does Classical Piano Music Pianist Child Kid Youth Boy
Description: It's been 9 months ago (Sept. '05) when Matthew started learning to play the piano. He has never played an instrument prior to that time. He has had a piano teacher for about 6 months now. He learned this particular piece in 1.5 months and played it in church - June 11, 2006. All glory to God! pipperz ::: Favorites 2006-07-14 18:15:10 I love this song, I've taught it to myself in about 2 months... he plays it very well! Congrats! __________________________________________________
russ2246 ::: Favorites 2006-06-28 12:18:44 ah stagefright... With time, you can get over it. In fact, have him erform for smaller groups of people if you want to help him ease that nervousness Whenever I am allowed to play piano for people, I do it! It helps me get the most reactions to the songs. Whether good, or ok, most people cannot play piano, so even a correct tempoed "Twinkle Twinkle", sounds better than silence. :) __________________________________________________
brimasoft ::: Favorites 2006-06-28 07:40:41 Thank you much. He actually learned this particular piece in about 1.5 months. He told me (his dad) that during the performance he was very nervous! There were 2 to 3 obvious mistakes that he made. __________________________________________________
russ2246 ::: Favorites 2006-06-28 01:28:14 Nice! I am learning the song from my teacher, and I know every little note he struggled with in performance. I would tell you what he did wrong, but he probably knows exactly what he did wrong, therefore leaving me to just give him credit which he deserves. Of course, for an 11 year old to learn that in a few months is impressive. Very good, just move some mics out of the way! He had to walk around all that stuff! :p __________________________________________________ |
