We do not shed our own blood for forgiveness, Christ shed his for that, there is no reason why we would atone for our sins, Christ did that. Why is it mormons (rightfully) say God is love and compassion yet the book of mormon states that dark skinned people are demons andm all other creeds are wrong? why is it if you commit what Catholics call a mortal sin, in the mormon church you must shed your own blood for fogivness?
